BOOM: Supreme Court Grants Pres. Trump’s Request To Lift Travel Order Restrictions

By OAN Newsroom

The Supreme Court grants President Trump’s request to temporarily lift restrictions on his travel order.

On Monday, the Trump administration asked the court to overrule a recent decision by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals to not block refugees who have been guaranteed resettlement in the U.S.

Back in June the Supreme Court upheld the president’s order, blocking travel from six terror-prone countries except for people with a — quote — “bona-fide relationship” with a person in U.S.

The DOJ argued refugees do not have any connection to resettlement agencies, and should be barred from entry. The Supreme Court will begin hearing arguments in two other travel order cases starting October 10.

The President wants to congratulate the 9th Circuit for continuing its impressive streak of always being wrong.
